Terms and conditions

1) PRICES

All prices are inclusive of VAT (21%) and are expressed in Euros.

2) ORDERS

Order online at www.autominiature.be, owned by Eurojouets. The transaction and payment is fully secure.

3) CONFIRMATION

Any order placed by a customer will be confirmed by Eurojouets via E-Mail. This confirmation will indicate our approval. However, an e-mail cancellation may be sent within 72 hours. If payment has already been made, a refund will be made by bank transfer to the customer’s account within 7 days.

4) PAYMENT

Payments can be made by credit card via the secure PayPal system. You will be redirected to the PayPal site to enter your card details. This system is reliable and completely safe for online card payments. Payments can be made by bank transfer. Payment data will appear when selecting the payment method. Costs due to a foreign bank transfer are borne by the customer.

5) DELIVERY

Delivery will be made within a maximum of 192 hours after receipt of payment. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not included in this period.  The person receiving and signing the delivery note must check the condition of the package and indicate a potential problem on the delivery slip. Please keep the documentation accompanying the delivery; it will be useful to easily handle any after-sales issues. The items will be delivered to you either at home, at an address of your choice or in one of our stores for collection (paid or unpaid). We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by events outside our reasonable control and we will be entitled to additional time in the event of strikes, natural disasters, etc. Non-contractual commitment.

6) WARRANTIES

All our new products are covered by the 2-year legal warrantie

7) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has a period of 14 days from the day after the day of receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to give reasons or pay penalties. The customer can make their request for the right of withdrawal either by email to the address info@eurojouets.be, or by post to the address: Eurojouets, 20 chaus de Namur 5030 Gembloux, or via the attached form: https: //economie.fgov.be/sites/default/files/Files/Forms/Formulaire-de-retractation.pdf

Once the right of withdrawal has been requested, the customer has 14 days to return the goods at their own expense. When the right of withdrawal is requested by the customer, Eurojouets will reimburse the amount of the order within 14 days from the day of receipt of the withdrawal request. It is advisable to return the goods in impeccable condition (packaging and contents).

8) CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA

You agree that your information is kept and transferred in accordance with applicable laws on data protection, and data processing managed by Eurojouets.

9) DISPUTES

This contract shall be subject to Belgian law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Namur Commercial Court.
